Annie, this is really weird because I have an iPad Pro and pencil (no Bluetooth keyboard, though) that is almost two years old. I use the bigger screen for displaying music at gigs and making comics.

I get the same exact publish screen on it as my smaller iPad (and iPhone for that matter) with the publication option.

Very weird. I can’t imagine why you aren’t getting the publication option and I am.
