Art, I was never very active on Twitter. I only had a handful of followers. That lack of self-promotion again. The highlight of my Twitter experience was when the guy from Cash Cab followed me. That was cool. I just never got into Twitter. The character limit was frustrating to me.

I only really followed Tom Hanks and Steve Martin because they posted funny stuff. So me linking my stories on Twitter wouldn’t have brought any results. I doubt if Steve Martin or Tom Hanks would bother reading my stories.

I pretty much look at the “how to succeed” advice and do the opposite. And I have always done social media wrong. I thought it was supposed to be fun.
