Reporter: Who is your least favorite person in Congress?

Mark: The French have a saying that goes, “The Eiffel Tower is very tall, so it would be stupid to jump off it.” I think that pretty much sums up my response to that question.

Reporter: I’m French. The French don’t say that.

Mark: Alright, I made it up. But only because the French obviously forgot to. When I am elected, I will present the saying as a gift to France.
