Good. Everyone needs breaks. You take breaks from your day job, right? The success gurus dole out one-size-fits-all advice that doesn't work for eveyone and can even be harmful.
Listen to your heart, mind, and body. You know when you need a break. When you are mentally exhausted. Listen. Take a break.
What I have learned is to have multiple interest in life. When I don't feel like writing, I make music, or create comics, or read, go for walks. Then when I come back to writing, I enjoy it.
Forcing yourself to do something continuously is not a recipe for success. It is a recipe for burnout.
Take a break when you need it. It builds anticipation. 🙂
