Ha, ha! I have been eating a PB&J every day for lunch for several years now also (right now actually.) Unless my wife and I go out on weekends. For me it’s Smucker’s Raspberry Preserves and Jiff peanut butter on Sarah Lee 45 calories multi-grain bread. Eaten while I read (usually Medium, since February) on my tablet and watch the birds outside eating their lunch from the bird feeder.
I like it. It’s easy to make. I don’t have to think about it. Maybe it’s my age. Maybe it’s laziness. Maybe it’s habit. I never really thought about it before. Say hi to your Dad for me. Tell him I’ll see him at the next PB&J Anonymous Meeting.
