I agree. Facebook (and Twitter) is bad for your mental health. The constant negativity and opinion bullying is oppressive and depressing. I still have Facebook, but only check it sporadically (maybe twice a month), and then only for a few minutes to see if my friends or far-away family have posted any photos. I also hid all the agitators, meme obsessed, and political ranters—including family members. But there is still a bunch of garbage. Less social media = more real life.
