I publish my stories on Substack first, then schedule them on Medium later. It is not much extra work. I actually make the Medium story first and then just copy and paste it into Substack.

And since I have little overlap between my Substack subscribers and Medium followers, each story gets more reads by being on both platforms (more on Medium at this point.) The few readers who folow me on both platforms can simply chose where to read the story.

But I get it. It is a lot easier to just deal with one thing.
