I truly believe attitude (which her faith plays a big part in) and activity play a role in longevity.

My Grandmother lived to 93 and was healthy and sharp right up until the end. Her husband died of a brain tumor in the 40s and left her with five kids under the age of 13. She went to work in a GM factory, never remarried, and raised the kids herself in a two bedroom house. She was active in church and drove the “old folks” to church until she was 92. She was gentle, soft spoken, and laughed easily.

I don’t know if there is formula for long life, but her case I think it was embrace life, stay active, do what needs to done, stay hopeful and strong in faith.
