I’ve never had issues with Scrivener, and I have used it for five years. I wish they paid me to use it! It does have a learning curve, though. It’s not for everyone. But I use it almost daily to keep my writing organized.

I don’t use Scrivener’s publishing features. I use Affinity Publisher for paperback layout and Apple Pages for eBook layout. I just use Scrivener for writing and organizing my writing. For me, it works great.
