I’ve spent a lifetime cultivating advance procrastination skills.
Seriously, not only do our bodies get tired, our brains get tired. At least mine does. I need mental rests. For me, it’s not procrastinating as much as recovering. Especially doing creative work, if I am tired or my mind is frazzled, I can’t really focus or create anything worthwhile. I need time off. I do my best work when I’m well rested and my mind is energized.
