Frogs got it right first.

Humans were late to the “Leap Year” game. Frogs have always had 29 days in February. That is because they follow the Lillipadian calendar instead of the Gregorian calendar. And every day is “leap day.”
I discovered this fact when I realized I could understand Frog, which is a sung (croaked) language that few humans speak.
