Maybe more writers means the pie is getting sliced smaller for everyone. My views have actually jumped sharply over the past week. Although I am fairly new on Medium (I started in February), so my numbers (and followers) are relatively small. Plus I write in the forgotten realms of humor and fiction so 20,500 views is inconceivable to me. It’s an enigma. My number of total views per month so far:
