My Fitbit said that I had walked five hundred miles in a day

What a piece of junk, I thought. I know there is no way.

I wonder why it could have thought that I had walked that far

I smiled when I realized I wore it playing guitar

The motion of my strumming was racking up the miles

Well, at least it’s good for one thing… smiles.

One of my guitar students discovered this during a lesson. It was actually about five miles, if I remember correctly. I don’t own one.
