The sciences, opinion, and commentary are all fine. They feed the mind. But they are only half of what makes up a well-rounded individual. The arts (fiction, poetry, music, art, humor, etc.) make up the rest. They feed the soul. I remain as confused as ever at Medium’s continued lack of interest in these valuable writings that so many of us appreciate.

Is it too much to hope that Medium will change their mindset and embrace and support writing they currently undervalue? Regardless, I will continue to pursue the works of the heart.
