We are on the opposite side of the coin now. Instead of having to have a big-name publisher, you can be a publisher. But now you are competing with ten million publishers. Sadly, you still can’t just create “timeless brilliance” and expect it get noticed or make money. Publishing (music or books) has always required promotion and making a name for yourself. It still does, I think. But it is a whole different ballgame now. Thanks for your response.
