Writers can easily schedule stories for a later date on Medium. The option is available when you select the Publish button. They could schedule stories to be published on each day they are away on vacation.

Although I seriously doubt poeple will forget about a writer simply because they take some well-deserved and needed time off. But if it is a concern, scheduling stories solves that “problem.”

I use the feature even when I’m not on vacation. It’s nice to have a couple of days scheduled in advance.
