We have a friend whose wife is from Malaysia. When her parents came to visit she invited us over for a Malaysian dinner. Which is basically a huge bowl of rice with a dozen different sauces and things to put on the rice. Many were very tasty. Plus a bunch of chicken. But the best part was, in Malaysia they eat rice with their fingers. So I ate rice with my finger. That was fun.
